Starlights Netball Club – Uniform Refund & Exchange Policy

Thank you for supporting Starlights Netball Club.

Please read our uniform policy carefully before making a purchase:

  Starlights Netball Club does not offer refunds on any uniform purchases.

• Exchanges Only

  
  

  Exchanges are permitted on items that:

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Are unworn and unused

  • Are returned in original packaging

• Sizing Information

  
  

  Starlights uniforms do not follow standard clothing sizes. They tend to run smaller and have a narrower fit.

• Try Before You Buy

  
  

  We strongly encourage all players to attend our “Try & Buy” events. These sessions are organised to help players try on uniforms and select the correct size before purchasing.

Starlights Netball Club will not be responsible for incorrect sizing if items are purchased without attending a fitting session.

Club Photos

There are no refunds or exchanges on team or individual photos. If you require additional printed copies, please contact the photographer directly. Pricing for duplicate or extra copies will be at the photographer’s discretion.

All orders are pick up only.
