Starlights Netball Club – Player Photo Use Policy

Starlights Netball Club may take photographs of players during club events, games, and official photo days. These images may be used to promote and celebrate the club.

Use of ImagesWith appropriate consent, photographs may be used on:

• Starlights Netball Club social media platforms

• The club website

• Promotional materials (e.g. flyers, newsletters, and marketing content)

 

Consent

• Only photos of players with parent/guardian consent will be used.

• Consent will be obtained prior to any images being published.

• Players without consent will not be photographed for promotional use or will be excluded from published images.

 

Privacy & Protection

• Photos will be used respectfully and appropriately at all times.

• No personal information (such as full names, contact details, or identifying personal data) will be published alongside images without additional consent.

 

Third-Party & Photographer Use

• Images will not be sold, shared, or provided to any unrelated third parties.

• The appointed photographer retains the rights to all images taken and may choose to use photographs for their own promotional purposes.
